My favorite networking group, South Shore Women’s Business Network, has me this month as their Featured Business.  Check it out here!

Someone from the Reporters newspapers (Gatehouse Media) contacted me to ask if I’d like to be featured as a South Shore Graphic Designer, explaining how I came to be in this field, best things about being in business, etc.  Of course (!) I said yes.  They sent a photographer out, asked a few questions, and the article was out one week later.   You can read it here.       

I’m in a GREAT Business Roundtable, which was founded and created under the direction of South Shore Women’s Business Network.  There are eight of us who are in various types of business, and we meet monthly, offering advice and support to each other.  The Patriot Ledger approached us to show the new strategies that businesses were using in the down economy.  A reporter and a photographer came to one of our meetings, asked us lots of questions, and incorporated our answers into a broader-reaching article.
